Make excellent wines in your own private winery. Fully equipped winery includes cold fermentation walk-ins - refrigerated barrel storage - bottling, foil closure, and labeling facility - laboratory with office.
Grapes harvested from our own vineyard produce excellent Sauvignon Blanc and Zinfandel wines - shortly also Chardonnay. Cold fermentation allows extended fermentation of white wines of around 45 days, maximizing the fruit flavor of Sauvignon Blanc. All wines are fermented in individual barrels - both oak and stainless steel. Larger stainless steel cooperage available for sedimentation, transfers, and blending.
